Cumming Veterinary Clinic partners with Atlanta Mobile Veterinary Specialists to provide pets under our care with board-certified, advanced surgeries and procedures typically found only in specialty hospitals or university veterinary college settings.

We bring board-certified specialists on-site so that your pet can receive highly specialized services when necessary in familiar surroundings. The result is improved continuity of care, greater convenience and cost savings for you, and less stress for your pet.

Our Specialists

Dr. Kahrma Wagner, DVM, MS, DACVS (SA)
Dr. Wagner was raised in Indiana and completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of Florida in 1998. She earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 2002. During her time at UFCVM, she was Class President and Vice President of the of the Student Chapter of American Veterinary Medical Association.
Dr. Wagner completed a private practice rotating internship in the Chicago Area at VCA Franklin Park and VCA Berwyn Animal Hospitals. Dr. Wagner was awarded Intern of the Year Award in 2003. After completing her internship, she remained in the Midwest at the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. During her time, she completed a dual small animal surgery residency and Masters of Science degree from 2004-2007. In 2008, Dr. Wagner achieved board certification in Small Animal Surgery from the American College of Veterinary Surgeons.
Following her residency, Dr. Wagner and her husband moved to the Atlanta area in 2007 and for the past 17 years has been performing soft tissue, oncologic, orthopedic, and neurologic procedures for patients in the Northern Atlanta region. Dr. Wagner joined Moves in early 2025 and looks forward to offering her surgical skills throughout the Greater Atlanta Metro.

Dr. Olga Norris DVM, MS, DACVS (SA)
Dr. Olga Norris received her undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2010. After earning her doctorate in veterinary medicine from Auburn University in 2015, she completed a one year rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the University of Missouri. Her training continued with a residency in Small Animal Internal Medicine and a Master of Science in Veterinary Biomedical Science at Kansas State University.
Since completing her residency, Dr. Norris has been practicing as a board-certified Internal Medicine specialist at a high volume emergency and referral center.
Dr. Norris enjoys all aspects of internal medicine and is especially interested in ultrasonography and endoscopy, as well as gastrointestinal and endocrine disorders. She is highly experienced in abdominal ultrasonography as well as minimally invasive procedures including gastrointestinal endoscopy, rhinoscopy, and bronchoscopy. She is committed to delivering the highest standard of care while keeping patient comfort and quality of life at the forefront. She values close collaboration with referring veterinarians to ensure continuity of care and thoughtful, individualized treatment plans.
Outside of work, Dr. Norris loves to be outdoors, travel, spend time with her husband and children, and take new classes at the gym. She hopes to visit as many national parks as she can!

Dr. Pouge VMD, DACVIM (Cardiologist) has experience in echocardiography, particularly of congenital disease and canine cardiomyopathies. His clinical interest is echocardiography, particularly of congenital disease and canine cardiomyopathies. Southeast Veterinary Cardiology's mission is to provide accurate, personal and timely consultations to the referring veterinary community that we so gratefully serve. SEVC's aim is to also help support the local veterinary community in providing the highest level of care possible within their own clinics. 

Dr. Maggie O’Brian DVM, MS, DACVB is a Board Certified Veterinary Behaviorist. She earned her bachelor’s degree in animal nutrition from Ohio State University and then continued her educational journey, achieving her veterinary degree from the Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2017.
After graduation, Dr. O’Brian spent one year in an emergency and primary care practice, gaining valuable experience. Her passion for helping animals and understanding their behavior led her to pursue an intensive 3-year residency program in Behavioral Medicine at Ohio State College of Veterinary Medicine, which she successfully completed in 2021. It was in October of that year that Dr. O’Brian proudly became a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Behaviorist.
Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. O’Brian’s heart is at home in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she resides with her husband, Colin, their adorable young son, Walter, and their naughty but sweet Beagle mix, Mashed Potatoes
